"They only keep 1 person on the registers now, after the Rite Aid buy out, so the line always takes half an hour or more. The workers are really nice and helpful, but corporate must be squeezing blood out of stones."
"Understaffed. Line stretches across the store and then they close for lunch. Can't pick up a prescription (assuming they can find it) in less than 40 minutes. Probably quicker to drive to a different neighborhood."
"I would give negative stars if I could, this might truly be the worst pharmacy in Seattle. They were 3 days late on my dogs refill, when I got there the line was easily 2 hours long. Wait times are always incredibly long, this place is clearly severely understaffed. Whoever is in charge of managing this place should be fired immediately"
"This pharmacy is excellent. I walked in for my COVID booster and flu shot without an appointment and was helped quickly, despite the very obvious fact that the pharmacy was understaffed (with job postings everywhere) and extremely busy with a long line of impatient and unreasonable people. After getting checked in, while waiting my turn to be vaccinated, I witnessed far too many of these people being rude to the pharmacy workers and loudly demanding things the workers simply cannot do. No sir, your pharmacist cannot give you a different brand/formulation of the medication that is stocked by the company - they can only dispense what they have. No ma’am, the pharmacy cannot legally fill a prescription that is over 1 year old. Mx., they understand you are in pain and will work to get your prescription filled as soon as possible - but since you JUST handed it to them and are now keeping them at the window with your questions about how long it will take, and because too many of the other people in line are behaving similarly, it’s going to take at least a few minutes. I watched these people mistreat the pharmacy workers over and over. Nevertheless, each worker demonstrated consistent and unflappable professionalism, empathy, and care. They took the time to answer every ridiculous question, even when the question was repeated multiple times. They remained calm and courteous in the face of loud, unreasonable demands and false accusations of mistreatment. I was very impressed by all the pharmacy workers and left feeling terrible that they have to spend so much time every day dealing with this level of disrespect and unreasonable expectations. I am highly disappointed in the people who think it’s ok to subject others to this kind of abuse."
"They seem to be constantly short staffed, and wait times to pick up are over an hour. Looks like rite aid refuses to pay these skilled workers, so the public suffers. Time to look into an independent pharmacy."
