"Expect rudeness if you're calling, endless run around, disappointing and unfulfilled promises for help, and then top it all off with "We no longer accept your insurance.""
"Firstly- don't try to fill your prescriptions here if you work a full-time job. They're hardly ever open. When I'm off work, they're closed. When I'm on lunch, they're closed for lunch. They close early on weekends too. So inconvenient! This place is constantly having issues when I go to pick up. Why cat staff call me if they encounter a problem? Also, Geneva has a bad attitude and has been rude for no reason, (even when it's the pharmacy mistake) on SEVERAL occasions. I liked the pharmacist Andrea, but I will be transferring my scripts from now on. Update- old info had a new script sent here for my child. They are still hard to deal with. I just waited on hold for 10 minutes and then someone picked up and hung up without saying anything. I called back immediately and oh looks like they're now closed for lunch! How convenient! What a ridiculous way to treat customers."
"I went to pick up thyroid pills for my cat. As I was waiting for blood tests my cat was throwing up due to her thyroid. I called the vet and told them to call in a prescription stat. They made the call. I go to pick up the prescription and they claimed they got no call. I called the vet back and they called immediately. I had to wait an additional two hours. This is my last time using this pharmacy."
"Such an uncaring staff. I have been a customer for many years but always have had a problem with them not filling my complete order. I call my refills in on the automated line, and it tells me when they will be ready, so I go in after the "ready" time and always, at least one (if not more) of the order is NOT ready. This is frustrating as I do not live close by and cannot just pop by again later as has been suggested by staff. I have talked to both staff & the Pharmacist about this but it has never changed. Yesterday was the same and when I asked the tech why both weren't ready he just shrugged and said "they're just not". When I pressed him about that not being an appropriate answer, he said "we're short staffed". I'm tired of excuses. I am held to a standard at my job and would be fired for this type of attitude. How about trying your best? How about a little compassion and understanding? The pharmacy at Fred Meyer (University Place) does not have any of these qualities. I would recommend going elsewhere as by their own acknowledgement they are overworked and understaffed. They just don't have time for customers."
