"Nice campground for an easy gateway weekend. Not too big . Easy to access and relatively close to Portland. Sites are good ; some sites are bigger and with more space than other but all have pretty decent space. Can be crowded especially during salmon fishing season. Long trails, kayaking on the Columbia , fishing , wine tasting in the multiple winery in the area are some of the activities. Light sleeper be aware that trains are honking all night long :("
"Thanks to vet tix, we enjoyed an amazingly an absolutely perfect weather night with too notch performances. The ease of access in and out of the venue even for handicapped was greatly appreciated. Then having ample and clean bathrooms, with minimal to no waiting in lines. The only thing was either a speaker or projection unit obscured the monitors for the lawn areas, regardless of where you sat. So the bottom portion of screen wasn't visible."
"Saw Janelle Monae here and it was a great show. Though event staff limited entry and exit into the amphitheater to one side, not sure how that was legal for fire laws but whatever. It meant to had to walk all the way around for bathrooms, food, drink… not sure why they did this. Still a great show and a great place for concerts."
"This is a decent venue. I’ve been to a few dozen shows here. It’s setup fairly well. Leaving the venue can be rough if you don’t have premier or Yes parking. The sound quality on the lawn has been really hit or miss lately. They get good artists here though and it’s always a fun time. Not my favorite venue but it’s not a bad amphitheater!"
