"I reached out to Montgomery Construction, hoping to gather information about the work they had completed on my newly purchased house in November of 2022. Regrettably, the interaction left me feeling frustrated and uncertain. When I contacted an employee by phone to inquire about the specifics of the work, I was met with laughter and evasive responses. Though I was told the work might pertain to cabinets, countertops, and flooring, the employee refused to provide further details. I then left a review about them. In response, the media manager of Montgomery Construction reached out to me. However, instead of providing clarity about the work, he claimed it was a "delicate situation" and couldn't disclose any specifics. He requested that I take down my review, promising that someone with more knowledge would contact me the following week. Despite my patience, several months have passed, and I haven't received any communication from them. This lack of accountability and transparency speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. I feel compelled to share this follow-up review to warn others. Montgomery Construction seems more concerned about their business reputation than addressing legitimate concerns raised by a homeowner. Their evasive behavior not only raises concerns about the quality of their services but also undermines their trustworthiness as a company. To the management at Montgomery Construction: I don't seek an apology or further contact. This review reflects my honest experience, and it will remain here as a cautionary tale for others."
