"I'm quite confused why others writing reviews for this organization are writing reviews of individual therapists. The Portland Therapy Center is not an organization that vets their therapists. It isn't a private clinic, or private practice. It is an organization that lists all therapists in Portland. That's it. And for that, it does an excellent job at doing what it is suppose to do: list all therapist in Portland. If folks have a bad experience with a therapist I don't see how that has anything to do with The Portland Therapy Center."

"This business clearly does not have reliable therapists. I had a bad interaction with Greta Reitinger. I would not recommend others to select her as your therapist when she is very rude and judgmental with her clients."

"Grace Horowitz scheduled TWO separate intakes with me. The first, she texted four or five hours later after hours and said she had gotten disorganized and rescheduled for the same time the following week - only this time she did not show, nor call or email and it’s been over a week since the appointment was supposed to be. Super unprofessional practice being run here and quite frankly a downright danger to the community. If you’re too disorganized to show up for two appointments at the same time two weeks in a row, maybe a field where people rely on you isn’t the right one. I couldn’t possibly recommend this establishment or Grace to anyone struggling with mental health issues, as urgent care can probably provide more support with their on staff social worker than a therapist that you have to pull teeth with just to never be seen or followed up with."
