"I do not recommend using Natasha’s counseling services for many reasons. First, she recommended our family member undergo a psychological evaluation, but once that was completed she refused to write a letter to the courts outlining why. She witnessed very concerning statements being made by my child, and reported the other parent to CPS twice, but refused to speak up and share her concerns with the courts. She refused to see my child alone, which was unjust. She refused to provide me with a Superbill outlining the previously diagnosed mental health conditions, so I could be reimbursed by insurance - and, it’s unclear why. I feel she doesn’t care because she’s already been paid thousands for services rendered. She is fearful of advocating for truth regarding her clients safety and well-being. She refused to release my records to me once I requested them. She lacks confidence, as she consistently wavers back-and-forth when records or a letter are requested. Once these concerns were brought forward, she unethically changed her fees and policies to prevent me from requesting my records or a letter. Natasha is friendly and she has knowledge of many valuable skills that are applicable. It’s unfortunate she was unwilling to do the right thing regarding our superbill, records request, and letter outlining her observations."
