"I have been going there for over a decade. In the last year the pharmacist and her front counter girl that works in the mornings have become rude and not ontime. I get notified it is ready only to come in and get one excuse or another. I missed a MRI due to them being late. I did try to explain that to them they didnt care. Officially changing my pharmacy. Sad cause the lady in the afternoons is rather nice. Time sadly dictates when I can come in. Sorry not sorry do your job better."

"Well I'm a transfer to Safeway, a new pharmacy for me. 5 rx transfered. Was promised $75.00 for transferring, I have not received! When I went to pick them up, it was right before lunch (I wasn't aware of their process yet) one of the ladies who tried to help me actually lied to me and refused to take my alternative payment card, costing me $10. Extra for one of my meds. Hmmm not very nice or helpful. I believe the system or shall I say government is making life really hard and they don't care about any of us!"

"Professional and friendly staff-always! I transferred to Safeway because of their staff. I’ve seen people show up a few minutes before they close for lunch and they stay well into their 1/2 hour lunch break to serve customers. To all Pharmacy Customers - come after their break if you’re running late. Be respectful! You work hard and so do they!"

"I was in need of my blood pressure pills because I am 29 weeks pregnant and trying to keep the baby in as long as I could and I called the pharmacy at 545 and said my doctor approved my refill and that I was a few minutes away. When I got to the pharmacy the 2 staff members rolled their eyes and shook their heads at me not even acknowledging I was there. Then slammed her drawer shut and started ponding numbers on the register. When I told them who I was and I was sorry I was late I was just worried about my baby the pharmacist rolled her eyes and started making my pills by slamming everything down she confirmed my birthday and continued ponding on the register both staff members obviously wanted me to know that they were upset and that I was a big inconvenience as a medical professional myself I know that this is not ok behavior let alone good customer service and a little suggestion for pharmacy technician they shouldn’t of been trying to raise someone’s blood pressure with their attitude. I was very disgruntled but I kept my composure for the sake of my baby but I just want everyone to know Safeway pharmacy does not care about you or your health they only care about what time they are off ."
