"I have been coming here for about a year for my prescriptions and almost every time I show up to pick up, they never have it ready. The wait time to be seen can easily take 30 minutes or more with atleast 6-8 people working behind the desk. Drive through is hardly open which then you have elder, sick or disabled people coming in who complain they wanted to stay in their vehicle. Currently writing this as I am waiting for my medication, sitting in their “lobby”. I just watched 4 people go through literally in numerical order, and it was like they repeated a broken record. “sorry, it’s not ready, will be about an hour to fill or you can come back tomorrow” Some people were upset complaining that they called in the RX a week ago. Some have complained they have returned back here for for the 3rd time and still couldn’t get their RX because their order never came in for that medication. I literally saw no one leave satisfied… including myself."

"If you want a friendly pharmacy with a convenient drive-through, don’t come here! 90% of the time they’re drive-through is closed because apparently they’re short staffed indefinitely, even if they have four front desk in store pharmacy techs available working upfront but chose to say 1 of the 4 can’t work the drive through window. This happens constantly. When you call, usually you get somebody with an (I don’t like my job) attitude right away. What a shame how customer service has gotten so poor. This is supposed to be a neighborhood friendly store, and they treat people like you’re inconveniencing them to get paid to do their job. After a year + of putting up with this I finally had a talk with the pharmacist and you know what he said “Go somewhere else”. He didn’t care and he was rude. If you have a service you say you offer, then actually offer it. Figure out your unprofessional pharmacy staff situations and stop inconveniencing customers."

"Estimated time for refills is never correct. Can be days after estimated time. Never have RX ready after texting that Rx is ready. Long waits. Staff is nice though"

"Unable to provide refills before prescriptions run out even if ordered as soon as ordering is available. Very poor service. Drive through window is often closed forcing sick people and people with disabilities to go in the store. If you are prescribed antivirals for COVID, you have to go in the store and expose everyone there to get them! 9/16/23 still incredibly awful. No morphine in stock for a dying person, but store would have been able to get it several days after they passed. Not helpful at all. Constant delays for filling critical medications. There needs to be some regulation in this industry."

"I wish I could say something more positive as the staff are kind and try their best - my issue is with the lack of consistency & communication when it comes to their “drive through” which has been closed the last 5 times I picked things up. I had moved my prescriptions there from Safeway (who was much more peaceful & less chaotic) to Fred Meyer because of their drive through option. As a disabled person it is stupid to have a drive through that you do not actually open like you are supposed too. It means I have to go inside & stand in line with 20+ other people which is physically very hard for me. Whenever I ask if there is a specific time I should come when the drive thru would be open they dismiss my question & say they never know these days. It would help if they would post info when that will be closed. At this point I think I need to just switch to another pharmacy unfortunately."
