"I had some absolutely horrificly bad experiences with the rite aid and Walgreens closest to where I live. They were dismissive, didn't listen, and even hung up on me when calling... When I was even able to get through to them that is, they'd usually place me on hold for 2+ hours. It actually almost made me have a mental breakdown, it was that bad. This pharmacy has always been very responsive, they answer the phone, and they actually help. After my traumatic experience with the other places this pharmacy is a breath of fresh air and I truly appreciate their help."

"I went in today hoping to get vaccine shots and the pharmacy was having issues contacting my health care provider. It ended up being a technical issue on my provider's end, but Kali very patiently talked to them over the phone and worked on the issue for over an hour. Even while I was extremely frustrated with my insurance, she stayed calm and never made me feel like I was a burden. Thank you!!"

"Zero regard for patient health. Employees didn’t bother to order a refill until after I called, my doctor called, and I went to the store twice in person. They did seem to have ample time to chit chat about their kids while customers waited. I hope their kids have to go without medication they need to stay alive. Then they might have some interest in doing their jobs. Fifth time going to the pharmacy for my prescription. Had to wait ten minutes (even though there was only one person ahead of me). Then they still didn’t have my prescription!!!!"

"This is the best pharmacy I have ever worked with. They go out of their way to help and even when busy they are pleasant and helpful. The things they have to deal with such as multiple prescribers and insurance companies can get complicated and confusing. They do their best to manage all these things and smile."

"Consistently poor customer service and I have to manage our billing to make sure insurance is being billed. As of right now, I've been on hold for 13 minutes. Not the end of the world but this is the third time I've called this past hour. I keep getting to about the 15 minute mark and then get dropped. Super. It would be great if it was a properly functional pharmacy. You know, drop off a prescription request, do your shopping and pick it up after? Never works out this way. Also - just got dropped for the third time @ about 15 minutes as I was writing this. Strong work, folks."
