"This place has gone way downhill and like to play Shady Games with certain Drugs. First let's start off by saying this place always has a long line, last time it was a 30 minute wait, it was so much time, I was able to have the drug sent to another pharmacy and leave the line. Next and the most important, I need a certain Drug for a medical condition, and they refuse to carry the drug, but instead of just telling you it's against there policy, they just keep telling you it's out of stock, for months. Makes me so mad and I will never use them again. The photo below is how their counter looks after a 30 minute wait."
"The staff at this location has exhibited warmth, patience and kindness each and every time I've associated with anyone. I would like to add that the CVS pharmacy in Hazel Dell are extremely rude and lack all aspects of customer service skills. They are abrupt and always in a rush. They cut you off when you speak and are just unkind."
"I needed an extra bottle of my eye drops for an extended trip, but refills were not yet available. My Pharmacist found a way to let me have a bottle for my trip so I will not run out before I got back home. Truly exceptional customer service, and thanks again for coming through for me. I have been a customer for years, and will always appreciate the level of service and care you provide."
"Rated low. CVS pharmacy made it sooo hard for me to actually pay & leave. I was in that store from 2:30p-7:00p. CVS made my mom’s doctor write a whole new script & send. Wouldn’t accept from previous pharmacy. Had to be brand new. Does anyone know how HARD that is to get done on a Friday before doctors leave the office??? And then, wouldn’t accept my 94years old mothers credit card number (which I had-card number—not actual credit card)!!! Not a place on the keypad for manual entry. Only swipe or insert. My sister & 94 old mother had to drive in dark, windy night before pharmacy closed at 7:00pm. Just a series of ignores & not staffed adequately. I felt invisible. No one wanted to finish the prescription. I felt they wanted me to go away. I feel they both neglected to explain CVS service & felt that I would get mad & leave. But I couldn’t. My mother couldn’t be without her script. I had wanted CVS to work for us. But CVS rules too much stressful & unnecessary!"
"We switched recently from Safeway because they were a preferred pharmacy (clearly not by customer choice) 1st issue; I called and their phone system is pure garbage, when i reached someone she informed me they don't control text messages., I asked about the app and the lady said I don't know about the app. Then I went to pick up meds today, it took 15 mins to find the prescription,because it's a huge unorganized mess. Then she informed me I have to go up front to pay for the cold medicine I was also buying Worst customer service EVER."
