"Overworked, underpaid I’m sure and no longer give a d@mm about patients. Insurance issues, we called multiple times and fixed. Then they didn’t even have the meds available, we are talking insulin!! Type 1 diabetic! Needed to live! Don’t go here!! Avoid if at all possible."
"I was traveling on the West Coast (I’m from NY) and needed to renew two prescriptions that day. It was hard to be sure using the app, though a phone call to one store enabled me to verify the medications were both in stock and also ready for pickup in a short time. They were very helpful and had all the needed info on what other stores had."
"The staff does care about the patients and they do try, but they can be very slow and late to fill prescriptions. It would help if CVS ensured that the pharmacy was appropriately staffed as I have never seen more than two employees there at a time. I know they must be swamped and just as frustrated as I am, but at the same time, the staff could have more urgency and be friendlier at times."
"This CVS is so backed up, we don't get refills for 3 weeks! They are short staffed and are closed on weekends. Their auto refill phone system has huge issues and you can NEVER talk to a person. When we moved our prescriptions to Walmart, it took 3 days, many calls from Walmart and a personal visit for CVS to send our records, and the pharmacist actually yelled at us! I feel bad for the nice Asian gal that checks people out. She's lovely but tired"
"For some reason CVS won't hire more staff and it's affecting the customers! CVS Lacey didn't have any employees show up for work and CVS Olympia was closed too but also Olympia location is usually a 1 hour to 5 hour wait for your prescriptions!"
