"Pharmacy staff are very rude and incompetent. Was told I’d receive a follow up call about why my prescriptions weren’t available and a week later no response. With only a couple days left to get refills on my medication for my HEART I was told they don’t have the orders and to contact my doctor to have them send it again and was hung up on. I noticed a sign when I went in saying that their computers are down and they can’t receive electronic orders. Having No follow up contact about important medication information after your systems were having troubles is highly unprofessional. Find a different pharmacy if you have important medication!"

"Despite being consistently understaffed and overworked, the pharmacists are great. They're competent, friendly, and helpful. Wait times can be long, but compared to the other pharmacies in the area, this is the best place to go."

"I went in the other day and had horrible experience. I went to self checkout and I asked a simple question and the lady (I didn't catch her name) was rude. She asked if I scanned all the items in my cart, I said yes I did, she was like you sure? With a snotty attitude. Like? What the heck!!! Why would I want to WALK OUT with $200 worth of freaking stuff in THE CART!! If you guys have such an issue with customers checking out on self checkout, THEN GET RID OF THEM and MAKE YOUR EMPLOYEES do it THEMSELVES!! Instead of me paying $200 since I'm doing it for your employees, maybe you should pay me $200 instead. This is just really funny. Train your employees better. It was horrible customer service. It was very unnecessarily and no need for your employee to be completely rude."

"Slightly less than a year ago, I transferred almost 15 prescriptions to the pharmacy. Initially they were great. However, over the last month they have become the worst Pharmacy and I would recommend them to No one. I had to give them at least one star they deserve zero. There are many small things that I will leave unsaid in this review, but the breaking point was the last four days. I had a triple bypass and had a drug prescribed to ease pain. That was on Monday this week and it is now Thursday evening and they still haven’t filled it. I have been in extreme pain for four days due to this. My son-in-law called another Safeway Pharmacy where I had no prescriptions and explain the situation and the amount of pain I was in. They already filled the prescription. In the last four days, this pharmacy has filled four prescriptions that I didn’t need and didn’t even ask for. I have never dealt with such a group of incompetent people, especially in the medical field."
