"bought some random stuff for wife’s stocking…. there had to be 20 people in line with two cashiers just getting slammed the day before xmas eve. management didn’t seem to notice/care so i probably had to wait in line close to a half hour before i got up to the register"
"I’d give ZERO STARS if possible. Rudely followed around in store by security, who were dumbfounded when I reached into my sling purse and pulled out my 6 week puppy. No apology given, asked to leave my purse with the dressing room attendant before using the bathroom. UGH NO, not leaving my keys wallet phone etc. with a stranger while I use the restroom. On what planet is that ever ok to ask? Told I couldn’t use the restroom after spending $250+ also charged $49.99 for boots marked clearance of $22.99 the checker ripped off the sticker from inside the boot. This store is TERRIBLE TO CUSTOMERS, I REGRET GOING IN AND SPENDING MONEY. Have you heard of customer service and at least TRYING to be decent to the ones who keep your store in business? The customer? Left feeling ANGRY AND YOUVE LOST A CASH PAYING CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. Well done..you staff deserve a pat on the back good job"
"Due to drug addicts stealing duffle bags of clothing I don't always feel safe letting my kids come shopping here with my wife and I. The stores usually picked over pretty good. But if you come there first thing in the morning when they get their new shipment, and there's lots of stuff out. You can find some really good deals here. The staff is really friendly. Too bad the drug addicts frequent this place"
"Great store for all your clothing and household needs. Prices are super cheap compared to department stores as they always sell surplus items. Shopping is a nice experience with no excessive crowds. Things can be a bit disorganized but it's expected for a place like this as they have limited staff."
