"Yes, they are rushed but I had, LIz, a very informative pharmacist who I called before coming in, and she suggested I put in all my first time client info over the phone with her so it would be done before I went to the drive thru pickup. I got my new prescription within the half hour time she stated, and the staff helped with using the tube for checking out. They don't have staff at a window, only on a screen, but it was efficient and quick in the covered driveway that has 2 lanes. Accurate prescription and used a discount card for the best price, for customers with no drug insurance. Easy to find on the west side of the store."

"Literally, every time my script is sent in to the time I get a text it's ready is under 2 hours... these people complaining about running our if their medications need to be proactive and not wait until they are down to 3 pills, sometimes they don't have medication in stock!"

The automated refill will tell you what time to pick up your rx and you drive there(keep in mind this is a rural community and for some of us it costs just in gas to get there) when you do arrive it's not ready and they are rude about it and dismissive. It is infuriating."
