"I run a very small moving company, my crews and I have been coming here for many years! Until today my experience has been decent, this morning the hot water didn’t really work in the shower. It was either scudding hot or freezing cold, well tonight it wouldn’t even get warm! So I go to the front desk tonight and ask for so help, their response is to turn a valve, wait for maintenance, or to bad!!! Valve has been turned, maintenance may or may not show up???, and I’m stuck paying for a subpar room over the weekend! The response at the front desk is really what irritates me, absolute disrespect for a long term customer who has always been respectful and even helped management out when needed. Your customer service is garbage, your rooms look like a hot mess, and now you’ve lost one of few loyal customers that have dealt with all this for the last decade! I just wanted a clean hot shower! Apparently that is to much to ask for here! I’m extremely disappointed now, so many years of business that mean absolutely nothing to these people! Thanks for nothing"

"The hotel is very good for the price. The front desk staff is always very helpful and housekeeping is very good as well. It's conveniently located with a couple of convenience stores within walking distance and a Starbucks across the street. Great value at a great price!"

"The rooms really do not look wiped down. I’m not picky by no means but come on . When I moved my pillows, I got a face full of dust. Coffee was weak in the room. 2 coffee packets but only 1 packet with three sugar and creamer. Power button on the remote did not work. And the backing to the remote was taped up. Carpet is sticky when walking barefoot. Maybe management doesn’t know what’s going on so I hope they see this review"

"This is likely the worst place I've stayed. I'm disabled and have a helper animal (dog). They bullied me into have in room inspections daily. Charged pet fee ( which is fine ) . But ended with them calling the police to remove me after I completed inspection. The room was fine, no mess I had trash in bags I handed the housekeeper. My animal doesn't use bathroom inside and hasn't since 2 months old he is 3 years now. The guess service front desk screamed at me that they don't care and I have to leave. I had paid for 3 days and was being told to leave on day 2 before checkout time. I asked for a refund and was told no. I spoke to corporate, they literally were not helpful because it's a private hotel and just use Days Inn name. This is disgusting in this day in age to act like this. I understand if I had failed the inspection. But housekeeping said everything was good. It was the front desk that had issues. FYI I choose this hotel because days inn is pet friendly by corporate policy. This place would only rent room after I displayed my animal service card and full form ada compliance record."
