"There's absolutely ZERO communication between the staff and tenants. I don't know if I've made contact with people posing as the staff for Pinnacle Apartments or not. I've seen the apartment renovations progressing yet absolutely zero REAL communication. I haven't received a call back, let alone an email or text. The site I've used to apply for a unit has accepted me but the page to continue on to review the lease is straight up broken and has been for the past week or so. My tour has been rescheduled several times without prior notice on the day of the tour and I'm told I'm expected to pay this month's rent on top of the deposit as well as next month's rent... for a unit I'm not allowed to see?? I can't get ahold of anyone and the voicemail is always full. Tenants beware, if it's this hard to get ahold of anyone before leasing, it sounds like they'll be just as great with communication for when you've signed a contract with them. I knew it was too good to be true with the rent price they're offering. I sincerely hope that there is a good explanation for all this."
