"Sarah the new manager is amazing, so responsive, kind, and gets things done! Zaine in the office is also very helpful. They put together a holiday party for everyone with a hot cocoa bar and gift wrapping station, it was so nice, and they said there will be more resident events from now on. Things are definitely turning around in the best way here!"

"Moved here back in July 2023 and can honestly say that this place is the biggest bait and switch you could imagine. They coax you in with the images of the fitness center and newly remodeled units with shiny kitchen appliances and wood floors but it’s just lipstick on a pig. Underneath the surface, it’s just another dilapidated apartment complex in Burien. Anyway, here’s the breakdown. Pros: -Location is convenient -Fitness center is clean and modern -Renovated kitchens and appliances are nice -Units are spacious -Grounds are well-kept -Rent pricing is competitive for the area (still way too high with the issues listed below) Cons: -Office staff and maintenance are clearly stretched thin and seem indifferent to concerns -Will be asked to sign a lease before you can even tour your unit -Model unit that they show you is not an accurate representation of what YOUR unit will look like at move in, but your rent will reflect it as if it was -Renovations/repairs are slow to be completed and are sloppily done (even simple ones) -Unit was not properly cleaned at move in and renovations were still happening as we moved our furniture in -White paint slathered on EVERYTHING in your unit to cover up god knows what; mold? Deteriorating caulk/trim? Stains? Who knows. -No key cards for after office hours/sunday gym access because they have been having an “issue with their key card vendor” since we moved in -Pool has been closed since early 2023 with no signs of opening anytime soon -Dumpsters pile up frequently and as a result, so do the rats (I’m not exaggerating, they are basically neighbors to me at this point) -Frequent disturbances/disputes between residents and even violence. Even if you’re used to this type of environment it’s still hard to feel at ease and comfortable. I could go on but I’m going to end this by simply saying: either drastically lower your expectations before moving here or don’t move here at all. I recommend the latter."

"Don’t move here. The manager is a complete liar and when you ask for proof can never show it. Second maintenance isn’t a thing there. They try to fix but don’t do the correct job and then something breaks again because it’s done with cheap parts. I have had broken pipes that I had to fix due to maintenance quitting on the company which says a lot. People threaten kids with guns and management does nothing. Pool hasn’t been open in over a year oh and they charge you for THEIR club house electric which isn’t in the lease. The day I moved I had people coming up asking why I was moving and even said they got shown apartments that were suppose to be done but smelt like curry which isn’t professional at all. After telling people my complaints some aren’t renewing their lease and some are gonna break theirs because they are all fed up with how the place is ran. If you have a car expect it to be broken into cause their “security” is never there. 3 years and I saw them 1 time and they sat in their car for 5-10 mins and left. This place is known by many people in Burien for changing names and color of apartment's due to bad reviews and poor management. I recommend finding another place to live because it may look nice but they rushed the renovations to quickly and have had problems since."

"The girls are fantastic here we have lived here for 4 years and any issues we have had they have been on top of it. The property is clean and the new fitness center is super nice and big. They have remodeled the apartments and they look amazing. Thank you ladies for all you do . D and V in A304"
