Aire Apartments

"Absolutely horrible. The property managers promised that our unit would look the same as the empty one we viewed even though they actually hadn't seen inside all the units. And then after moving in, our unit turned out to have way older and worse appliances and they refused to update them to match what we were shown/promised. The floors are paper thin and you can hear everything above you. And the elevator constantly is broken and takes days to fix for no reason. And the building keeps getting sold. Do not rent here whatsoever. The only good thing is they are mostly good about returning security deposits."

"I've lived in the Aire apartments for 3 years and I would recommend this place to anyone. The value is amazing. While the building is older it has been completely remodeled inside. My unit has its own washer and dryer, dishwasher, and parking. The building is quiet and dog friendly. Ryan and his team at Guide PM took over managing the building and since then the building is really taken care of. The garbage & recycling is always in order, landscaping is good, sidewalks are clean - even when it snows!"

"I love living at Aire apartments. Richard and Ryan are soo nice. It’s beautiful central located well maintained, when it snowed the side walls were dry! And they cleared the driveways and part of the street so I could get to work. Very appreciated I didn’t have to use sick time because a lot of friends in magnolia did."

"This apartment has been a pleasure to live in. The location is great, and love being so close to Interbay Golf and a bunch of parks. Being centrally located so close to Queen Anne, Downtown, Ballard, and Fremont also makes this an ideal place to be. The management at Aire is super responsive and helpful (almost always getting same day resolutions when things come up). They are also putting in a lot of resources to maintain and improve the building, which is always nice. Quality, value, and location marks are all high at Aire. Highly recommended!"
