"UPDATE: Murder in front of office this morning. Security did nothing. The apartments have become home to gangs and drug dealers. Drugs & trash is what you get here. In the last 4 yrs, there has been soo many managers & employees here that i lost count. The owners of the building are so cheap that workers quit All The Time! We have had good managers and employees who tried and did the best they could but ultimatley quit bc of problems with the owners of the building. These pictures are from 09/2022- 10/2022, its been like this for 4 yrs. i have a thumb drive with 4 years worth.and this is just the exterior. i cant start a whole other review with the inside apartment. (which is now plagued with bugs & crows pooping on your balconey bc of trash conditions on the outside, its not just the inside hallways garbage chute. Theres BUGS, & Gnats in your hallway and apartments at times theres been 100´s of gnats clinging to the walls up and down the hallway and the floors garabage chute (where the infestation started). And every manager says the same thing, theres nothing they can do, because of the owners.. you can find the videos on Instagram & every other social media under DomiNinja66"

"At the beginning is fine but unfortunately the elevators stop working, one of them is like that since May with no major effort to fix it. The fire alarm beeps always at night and takes 30 to an hour to shut down and is always between 2 am and 3 am. Can’t have some peace in here. …… That post was from a year ago let’s see if it’s improve or not… clearly not The elevator from my side of the building is working now but the other one broke down… the garage number 3 has a lot of garbage, There are no cameras working not from the postal area nor the garages. The prices keep going up but not major changes from their end."

"DO NOT APPLY HERE. Tressa used to be a great place to live back in the day, however things have changed for the worse. Managment has to improve a lot, as well as Maintenace. Stairs are always smelly (pee). There is as long wait if you need something to be fix and they charge you for everything. There are roaches everywhere, elevators are always out of order, the main doors locks are always broken, very noisy neighbors (sometimes aggressive) and even if you notify the office, they don't do anything about it. The ceilings leak badly, once I even had a flood from the apartment above; due to this incident I was told that a new carpet was needed. however, it never was installed, until I left the unit and got charge for it. Even though I lived here for about 8 years and in the contract was clearly written that if you live here for 3 to 4 years the carpet does not have to be charged for at the time of leaving the unit. I could go on and on... So, I decided to leave this place. Even though I cleaned, covered pin holes, painted all walls, and left the apartment in great conditions I got charge the majority of my deposit money. Give it a second thought before renting here."

"Wish I could give a zero and glad I move out of there, people in this building is crazy or drug addicted, the smell of the building is crazy smell like pee like all the times, elevator broke soooo often you have to take the stairs and stairs are such a mess, there dog poop, trash almost every floor, and homeless sleep in the stairs case like hello? Where is the security, the employee never do there job, they work like they are hire free, don’t ever move here you guys!!"
