"Would give a zero if I could. Getting in was horrible. After doing the whole year there, I was going to head back to the east coast. We made sure the house was flawless, the didn't give us 1 cent back from the deposit. Instead we owed them an extra 500 for cleaning fees. Then we didn't know about it until 2 years passed and it showed up on collections."

"Stacy is as useless as a white crayon. Its literally a nightmare living here you can't raise a baby or family at all here, you can hear EVERYTHING through the ceiling and below you, your neighbors can smoke weed, party and scream all day and night as much as they want. The maintenance is just as loud and disrespectful, they'll clean a place at 12am!! And staff or so rude and dehumanizing, Stacy, the lead manager, acts like her free time and her coffee is more important than the lives being literally ASAULTED here, you call the police, they tell you to reach out to the office. If you call or email they never respond, if you meet them upfront they giggle and tell you there's nothing they can do about it. It is dangerous here. There's cops here literally almost everyday. My husband and i and my then 3 month old baby have had to evacuate my apartment multiple times, even at night before cuz the marijuana was so strong, it goes straight through the walls. I've thought about sleeping on the balcony it would be more peaceful. Also some of the positive reviews for villas at any location are fake. They really are. Please for the sake of your safety and sanity do not be fooled, I've fell into a deep pit of depression living here, severely. You won't want to ever come home when you live here. My family has had to stay at a friends before because our downsta irs neighbor, who wasn't aloud to be living here anyway, approached my husband with a GUN behind his back! You could be stabbed or smoked out here and the management couldn't care less. Everything in here breaks constantly, and obviously when we move out well get charged for the repairs. I think the only reason people live here at all is because its so cheap. But believe me, the walls and flooring and the quality of living here is even cheaper."

"If you’re thinking about living here, don’t. These are the worst apartments I’ve ever lived at. There’s zero communication between staff, someone tells you one thing and then someone says something else. They “never get any emails”. You’re lucky if they’ll return an email. My neighbors were constantly playing loud music and vacuuming every night at 2 am and I complained so many times and they did nothing. I’ve never been so miserable living somewhere. The area in general is just awful as well, yes crime is everywhere but these apartments really just soaked all of it up and they claim to have security cars make their way around but I never once saw any marked security cars so that’s clearly not true. They also tried to charge me more money on top of already keeping my entire security deposit to repaint the walls and clean the apartment. My apartment was left the exact same way as to when I moved in. Minus some tiny holes in the wall for picture frames but you don’t need to repaint the whole unit for that. It’s pathetic. You also don’t charge people for cleaning the unit that’s something apartments take out of their own pocket… I lived at an apartment prior to this and left it the exact same way and I got my full security deposit back so beware you will NOT get your security deposit back even if you deep clean and do everything you’re suppose to. They will still clean it and charge you for it…. Everyone hates living at these apartments and I would maybe go and find their Facebook group of everyone that lives there because they talk about how awful it is and how awful the management is. So I highly recommend not making this place your new home because you will be absolutely miserable."
