"Living at this apartment complex was a highly disappointing experience. The only things I remember from my one-year life in Seattle are Morrow’s noisy heaters, the unbearable footsteps of upstairs neighbors, and noise from side neighbors due to structural issues in the building. The experience of living in a neighborhood with many homeless tents over the summer was very unpleasant. Moreover, the unhelpful and inflexible management contributed to an overall negative living environment."
"This building has some serious issues that just can't be fixed. I would like to share my experience to help others make informed decisions. Here are the issues that you will face: 1. Noisy Heaters: The heaters in this building were a constant source of frustration. They were so noisy that watching TV in our living room became a real pain. Even worse, we always kept the heater in our bedroom off to prevent it from waking us up during the night. Also, I had to turn off the heater in my office room during virtual meetings. This issue significantly impacted our daily lives and comfort within our own home. I have attached a video from their noisy heaters. 2. Poor Building Structure: Echoing other reviews, the structural problems in this building were beyond frustrating. We could hear every footstep from the neighbors above which woke us up over the night many times, and made our life during the day intolerable. Initially, we thought that this was because of our upstairs neighbors. However, upon relocating to another apartment within the building, it became apparent that the problem was rooted in the building's structure. This left us feeling helpless and frustrated, as the unresolved issue persisted. The same was true for the heaters, as it turned out to be a widespread problem affecting all the apartments. 3. Parking and Homeless Tent Issues: Upon being promised a parking spot within 1 month during the initial tour, we were left waiting for 6 months. This forced us to park in the neighborhood, which unfortunately had many homeless tents. The resulting environment was not only smelly and uncomfortable but also a security concern for us. I strongly advise potential residents to think twice before considering this apartment complex, as the issues we faced significantly affected our daily life."
"This place is not the ideal place to live if you're looking for a nice quite neighborhood to live in, It's a high traffic area. Place looks decent from the outside but once you step in it has a funky smell, elevator smells like urine. I have to hold my breath most of the time when in the elevator, place has cheep laundry machine cheep refrigerator that makes way too much noise like a vending machine. The staff is the worst of all from my experience here, I believe a monkey can do a better job... zero communication skill, zero customer service, zero follow up with their tenets, threatening "If tenets don't as told" according to Alexandra. List goes on. From my experience the whole staff needs to be replaced. If there is negative stars to give, I'd give this place . I advice anyone somewhat interested in this place, to turn around find you a better establishment to live in."
"We loved living at The Morrow. The property management team was always very helpful, fostered a sense of community, and made us feel at home. They take the time to get to know their tenants and make personal connections. The units are also very nice, new, and the facilities are always well maintained. We will miss living there and encourage others to apply to live there! It’s an amazing place to live and the neighborhood is very walkable and safe! Great for young people and for families!"
"I looked for several months before stumbling across The Morrow Apartments. I stopped by one evening and met Alex, the manager. She toured me around the building and answered all my questions. She is amazing! She was so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. I applied that night and moved in 2 weeks later. Kris and Miles are also super helpful and kind. The building is clean and the people are friendly (very dog friendly too). I enjoy the cleanliness outside the building, the many options of restaurants and bars in walking distance and the lounges inside The Morrow, that are available to use. The maintenance staff is great too! They are quick to fix things and very friendly. I would recommend moving here, if they have any vacancies. I think you will be very happy!"
