He made our move so incredibly easy :) He was so nice and personable and really made this move such a great experience!! The complex is super dog friendly and the building is well-maintained. For living in West Seattle, it's a more residential area, which makes me feel much safer when I'm having to take my dog out!"

"The property manager, which is Brandon currently, was nothing but professional, pleasant, and very helpful to work with. For this to be my very first apartment, Brandon made sure to answer all my questions, was extremely patient with me, and replied to my emails within an appropriate amount of time, no more than 2 business days. I initially signed to move into a different unit from the unit I have now, due to personal preferences, and Brandon made the switch as smooth as possible. He did everything necessary to make my move-in process perfect! I couldn’t be more happier. If you are looking for excellent customer service skills, Brandon will not let you down. :)"

"Overall a good experience with no noise (we were on the top floor). Clean and spacious apartments with great, updated appliances. Not 5 stars because the door to the bedroom was on the wrong way (swung open freely, have to twist knob to close), and the biggest issue... electricity. Bought a PS5 to play PS5 games... However, whenever I tried to play PS5 games, even with everything turned off except for the TV and PS5, the circuit breaker would trip after about 15-30 minutes."

"My partner and I lived at Upton for 2 years. I truly could not say enough positive things. I absolutely loved living here. The apartment was spacious and so nice. We loved our kitchen! We also could never hear any of our neighbors which was really nice. Everyone who lives at Upton is friendly and there are so many dogs! Our dog loved walking around the neighborhood- we loved how close it was to different parks. Loved Upton!"

"Highly recommend Upton Flats! We recently moved in seven months ago and are so happy we are extending our lease an additional two years. Erin the manager of the leasing office is great. When we were first considering moving in and working out details we had so many questions and she was always kind and quick to reply. I really like the layout and features of the apartments. We have lots of really tall windows that make the apartment feel so light and open. One very small but awesome feature is that the apartments have a portable AC wall vent!"
