"Worst obgyn clinic I've ever been to. They have little to no knowledge about Endometriosis. I do not recommend for someone who has Endometriosis, go to a real Endometriosis specialist like Pacific Endometriosis and Pelvic Surgery. The doctors au UW Medicine Women's Clinic won't help one bit. They also won't refer you if they don't know how to help you. You have to question them about your condition to get them to admit they don't have the knowledge or can't help you."
"Read the fine print. A normal preventive visit will end up costing you hundreds of dollars in “hospital fees” that aren’t covered by insurance. I won’t be returning for care here."
"Check in was fast, the doctor was very nice, respectful, and was prompt in helping me. Ordered labs and sent me along my way. Lab takes a while. I parked at P1 which is really close to the entrance of this area of the hospital. Would go back again."
"I just had my first appointment with Dr Michelle DenAdel and I have never had such a positive validating experience with an MD before. Everything I went over her with, she made me feel seen, heard. She was completely non-judgemental, so intelligent and obviously on top of things in her field. I came in really dreading the appt and came out feeling leagues better about everything and knowing that my health needs will be taken care of, and compassionately at that. Feeling so grateful that I'm actually writing this as I'm walking through the lobby afterwards."
"I've never written a review for a clinic or hospital before. But this experiences really warrants it. First, the actual visit with the doctors was confusing because they seemed professional, but there was a serious lapse in care. Because, the gynecologist schedule a Pap smear and cervical biopsy on the same day. I wasn't even prescribed medication for the procedure, instead I was told to take a at home ibuprofen. No over the counter pain reliever goes above 500 mg. I read up on the procedure, both pre and post care to prepare for a biopsy. You need 800 mg of Tylenol, and/ or a shot of anesthesia. I wasn't even talked to about post-care, and bringing pads for bleeding after the procedure. However, I scheduled a follow up and decided I need to resolve my health issues. The follow up for the procedure was not scheduled, and not only that, but I received another patients paperwork along with mine. That violates HIPPA laws. I was anxious about this procedure, but upon arrival to the clinic. I was told there was no appointment and no procedure scheduled. I took medication at home to prepare for this procedure. I have stressed about it, and have been racked with anxiety about this serious procedure. I'm beyond angry by the lack of professionalism with the scheduling team. I spoke with a supervisor, and I felt that it wasn't taken seriously. I was even told that the gynecologist I had scheduled a follow up with wasn't even working. There was no care when it came to this second follow up appointment. I won't be going to the clinic. You're better off going to another women's clinic or gynecologist office."
