"It is impossible to get in touch with this clinic. I'm an existing patient and always have so many issues to schedule/reschedule appointment. I don't think the employees are the ones to blame but people managing the business that don't hire enough staff to provide a good customer service. My appointment are always great, but to get there takes a whole life."

"How is it that I can be next in line on the phone and yet be on hold for 30 minutes? Is 4 o'clock, you close at 5. I called at 330 and was told I was next in line, after a while the phone rang a couple times and I was put back on hold. It's 418pm now and I'm still unable to leave a message, talk to a human, or schedule an appointment. I'm in pain and I need help, but some people wanted to start their Friday early and neglect their established patients. I'm super disappointed in this behavior. It usually leaves the option for a message or call back number, but since I was just put on hold it didn't give me that option. What is wrong with you people?"

"Only seen my doctor for a consultation. Did not come up with a plan to help with getting pregnant. As soon as my blood work came back she referred me to the fertility clinic next door. Got an trans-vaginal ultrasound a month ago and she has not followed up about my results. Asked her PA for a follow up, she copied and pasted “it’s gonna take 3-5 days for the doctor to check the results” again it’s been a month."
