"I was originally a customer at Custom Rx in Bellinham off Samish Way. After there was a change in ownership/manager, I had to transfer to Walgreens. But Walgreens didn't deliver and I am unable to pick things up due to disability. The Custom Rx reopened in Ferndale, over by Edaleen Dairy, and I was (and continue to be) ecstatic! They go out of their way to ensure that I have what I need when I need it, even though my doctor's office frequently lets the ball down. Their pharmacy staff is smart, caring, and very prompt. When one has a myriad of health issues, it is so nice to have something so important as a pharmacy be that reliable and convenient. "I've been here twice now. I will not go back. The customer service is atrocious. You might get only half of your prescription with absolutely no explanation and no callback, it might come in a flavor the pharmacist chose for you, nice that, or you might get a call 72 hrs after you request a refill asking if you can make it another 4 days or would you need a little bit? And don't dare complain about crappy service, they are WAY too busy to bother with your petty, sniveling issues, or even a simple apology. And they let you know that in no uncertain terms."
