"Affordable for Seattle and the neighbors and community are nice, and very pet friendly. Great neighborhood too. Units are also very sound proof, and well built."
"I was really excited when I signed my lease because of the way the assistant property manager explained the community living situation. When I moved in it was something completely different. I was told there would be community dinners every Sunday, but I haven’t seen that since I moved in in April. I was told there would be organized community events, but there have not been any. When I first moved in, there was a message system set up so the tenants could interact and communicate with each other about various things. The management team took away our access when questions were raised about utility bills. There is no warning, just one morning we woke up and there is no more messaging service. Finally, the most frustrating thing for me has been lack of communication from the property management staff. It takes multiple emails and multiple attempts to get any kind of response from any of the management team. I’ve been told that the management team is small, so it’s difficult to respond to everyone. But to me that’s not an excuse. The only saving grace for me is that I have an amazing view of the Olympic mountains."
"Beautiful new apartment with great community amenities. The communal kitchens are particularly amazing."
"I love the emphasis on community and good times at Freya."
