"Wish i could leave zero stars."
"My wife and I lived here for two years. We moved out about a year ago. Just saw the low score and had to add my voice. The prices did go up but the neighborhood is increasing in value and the raises make sense. It is why we moved. We found the management team responsive so long as you were detail oriented. The apartments are small but if you want to live in the neighborhood it is a hard to beat location."
"Too expensive. Keep raising the rent way to often. And you have to pay $4.00 to do your laundry and $50.00 extra to park you're car. Walls are thin. Can hear neighbors all the time."
