"Bugs and rats and trash! I’ve had a maintenance request in for nearly 11 months now nothing has ever been done. I have been reporting about having cockroaches for nearly 7 months and nothing has been done not a single treatment, but they have no problem moving more people in I have had the same maintenance request about leaky toilets for a very long time nothing has been done. There’s constantly trash everywhere and half the tenants are screaming at each other at late hours of the night."

"Clean property besides the pool. Pool looks like the ooze that created the Ninja Turtles. Quiet property though."

"I was here for a question & answer session with the manager inside her office. She seemed not very approachable & difficult, which confirms she has all the stereotypes of a manager. But she did have a good & normal ability to communicate pleasantly."

"This place has NO parking for visitors! They have like 5 for spaces that are ALWAYS taken. This gives those neighbors who have nothing better to do then policing the parking lot a few minutes of excitement watching the drama unfold as someone comes out to watch the tow truck guy take their vehicle away. More often than not, this leads to loss of their vehicle and later, depending upon their job, the loss of their job. I wonder how much money the office gets as a kick back for calling on people who "need" to be towed? UPDATE: They FINALLY repainted their numbers on the parking spaces and made more spots for visitors... Good job."

"Very nice apartments and quaint because it's a small complex of apartments. I really like these apartments because the location. It's I'm the middle of things like stored, main roads and bus lines yet they are nestled behind them and off the main road. Very convenient and private!"
