"The people working here are so friendly and professional. I have been staying here for a while. They accomodate your needs very promptly, you have a little kitchen to cook in, and the location is very convenient being close to everything. During Christmas season, they even had long-term guest kids request their Christmas wishes on paper so that others could buy the gifts for them. How sweet is that?!"

"The staff here was an absolute pleasure. Everyone that we dealt with from check in to check out was friendly, professional, outgoing, and understanding. The first night there was a mistake with my payment and I was charged twice-once by the hotel and once by the booking company. The front desk staff was already in the process of fixing it by the time I brought it to their attention. They do allow pets here, they also have little doggie treats and waste bags at the front desk which is nice. And everyone was really patient with my dog Hank despite his anxiety and tendency to be spooked by just about everything.... There is only one way in and one way out, at the front desk which is kind of inconvenient but I'm sure there is good reason for this most likely security related. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how clean it was here in both the rooms and common areas. Other than some stains on the carpet and issues with the toilet and sink clogging in the bathroom, our room was really clean. The parking lot was pretty clean and seemed reasonably safe at night also. There's tons of options for dining near by as well as grocery stores drug stores gyms and other various shopping and entertainment as well as silver lake. Overall had a pleasant experience here and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable and affordable to stay when in the area."
