"Everyone except Elvira Kryshtapovich is great. Elvira missed my recertification appt, she didn’t show up or even send an apology email and then I went through major surgery and couldn’t get around for a few months. She had the audacity to threaten me with eviction twice because she didn’t want to pull my file to see what information was already there such as employer verification which I had the same employer as the previous year. I had to get the manager involved and the consultant also helped out, both pulled my file and reassured me that my family wouldn’t be evicted. Elvira hardly acknowledge me as a person. I would stay far away from her as she is heartless, robotic and superficial. You can not trust this woman."

"I’ve been living here for 5 months and the old management was way nicer and better. It’s been 4 months since I put in a Maintance request for the carpet and they have never came they always have an excuse whenever I ask. The new management girls are weird and rude. Just the Manager is nice. There’s never parking because it’s not enforced. The appliances and everything are so cheap. It’s starting to become kind of ghetto. Don’t rent here if you don’t want to deal with everything that these apartments got going on."

"Racist scammers!! Before you tour or move here, read the reviews! Most are leaving 1 or 2 stars and it shows. The blonde chick in the office is extremely rude and shows zero customer service skills. They’ll laugh at you and make a joke out of your circumstances. My mother came in to inquire about an apt and placed a deposit on all residents. What was pictured is not what they have in view. They rented the apt to someone else without her knowledge and kept the deposit. They refused to refund her deposit. They realized she hardly speaks English so they took advantage of her. I will be reporting this to the Better business bureau."

"Been living at novo for 6 months now and beware, the apartment units have a lot of electrical problems and are Poorly constructed. From the AC unit to the kitchen appliances and now the heating unit, we had to leave our apartment due to a strong smoke smell just to be told there’s nothing wrong. It’s gotten to the point that we’re concerned for our safety living here, honestly we’re just toughening it out until we find another place to move to."

"The units are small, but modern and nice. The staff is completely rude and disrespectful. They do not do any customer service or have respect or out of decency to other people. If you want to deal with people as your landlords, I will never recommend Novo on 52nd Ever to anybody I really hope they fire the blond little lady who is disrespectful and probably racist. We don’t even live in this apartment, we could not continue the process of the application due to the level of disrespect and ignorance from their staff. We canceled our application."
