"Everything about this place is great. From the rooms, amenities to the bar. Couldn’t speak highly enough about it. What absolutely killed it for me was the attitude of the front desk attendant. I’m not the type to call out my status of being a diamond, but dang. You’d think little things within scope of the hotel would be accommodated. The complete opposite transpired. I was told “too busy and have other things pressing”. Would stay here again, but the night attendant should be coached and on customer service when dealing with us weary travelers that stay 250 plus nights a year."
"Had an event in the area and didn't want to drive home. Had a standard king room, bed and pillows where very comfortable. We were by the elevator and didn't hear anything. I didn't use any of the amenities, but would suggest bringing your own k-cups if your picky on your coffee. Was a good stay."
"The lobby experience is a very pleasant one. The amount of space as well as the bar is great. The 24-hour shop is an added plus. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. There is plenty of free parking available. The room was nicely set up and clean. There was a long strand of hair on the shower floor when I arrived. Besides that, the bathroom was clean. Overall, a pleasant experience."

"After an unpleasant experience at an Airbnb, we relocated to the Hilton Garden Inn. What a pleasant change! Upon arriving, the hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and placed us in a room with a view of the Olympics Mountains (we were in the Seattle during a rare stretch of clear December weather). The room was clean, spacious and had a very responsive temperature control system. We also used the fitness center, and the equipment is well maintained- the treadmills were in much better shape than in your average gym. The restaurant staff were very friendly, and the food is of good quality at a reasonable price. All in all, an excellent experience and a great value for the money."
