"Been going to Dr. Morris for years. Was prescribed the wrong birth control a couple years ago, I figured it was a one time mistake and I continued seeing Dr. Morris. Now it's happened again. This time I caught it before starting my new pack (last time I wanted to kill my self because my hormones were so out of balance) I talked to the nurse Nancy, I believe. She was very nice and understanding of what a big deal this mistake is. I paid out of pocket for the wrong birth control and paid out of pocket for the correct one as well. When I contacted DWS about the issue and requested to be refunded for the $74 I spent on the wrong prescription, I was called back by the office manager who immediately started lecturing me on not double checking my prescription when I pick it up. They also refused to refund me the money. Obviously, $74 lost is not the end of the world, but being scolded like a child over their mistake is absolutely ridiculous and inappropriate. I will never go back here and will continue to warn anyone else of becoming a patient here as well. Hormones control everything and, no one should have to go through something so horrible and not be at least apologized to, let alone be blamed."
