"Ester, Gabby, and Taylor were perfect! They answered all my questions, concerns, and mold paranoia without hesitation. This is my first time getting an apartment and this entire process has been completely painless and far easier than I expected! They worked with me to ensure that I was able to get the best possible price as well as location based on my wants and preferences, and honestly can't recommend them enough! More than happy to sign the lease with them."
"Staff was very considerate given that it was my first experience applying for an apartment. They were also quite efficient because even though I did not have all my paperwork it took less than a week to complete the process even with a holiday."
"I toured, applied, and signed in less than a week! Taylor was amazing! She answered all of my questions and made me feel confident with renting here."
"The managers are good to get repairs but after moving there for 6 months the apartment had alot of issues including pipes that were blocked in the bathroom that should've been checked before my fiance and I moved into apartment 113 the and mold grew inside the apartment even though we cleaned the apartment every day and the windows were open but the mold grew to the point where my fiance and I were severely sick and she has diabetes plus black mold is deadly to people who have that. Gabrielle and Ester need to get the buildings up to code because the mold is a severe problem and bad for residents who are deathly allergic to it. We were charged for stuff that was already there and they charged us almost 35689 for things we didn't do and I'm not happy with them at all for causing my fiance and I to get severely sick and basically upping the rent each month to where I had to basically call out due to not having enough gas in my vehicle to get to my job in lacey wa. I wouldn't recommend living here if you're allergic to black mold and having bugs crawl on your bed at night due to the doors having a good 3 inch opening for them to crawl into the apartment plus having kids threaten and harass you from the trailer park up the road too damage your car and causing issues and people looking into your windows at night of which I called the security and they didn't anything after 3 to 4 calls in 6 months my fiance and I moved out because of this and I recommend fully not living here at all because of these issues: Pipes that are breaking down Black mold Management upping the rent to near impossible to pay and not being in the office if a repair was needed for a work order People stalking others in the apartment complex Cars being broken into when people are home People being loud after quiet time at 9pm. Sewer and water lines being blocked by people who put wipes and having the Sewer back up into the apartment and causing a bad smell to where people are getting sick in the sinks and toilet plus bath tub."
"We’ve been here a little over 3 years. There’s a mold problem like no one’s business. They raised the rent up a number of times. The apartments are small. Parking is the worse, unless you have a reserve spot, but that doesn’t always guarantee you’ll have a spot available. Because most of the time (not all) someone takes your space. The laundry room is always dirty, no one cleans up their mess and no one cleans the area. People smoke weed in their back area, causing the whole back area and your house (if you have a window open) to smell horrible! People play all sorts of music all loud at night. As if us folks don’t work in the morning. Packages get stolen all the time. All in all it’s ghetto, it’s sorta cheap, and you do get a roof over your head but it’s not great. The people that work in the office are amazing! Always helpful. Always nice. Just not a good place to live in."
