"DO NOT RENT OR LEASE with BONAVISTA management or at Westwood court. These are dilapidated uncared for units and an uncared for and unkept building. The trash is always full and overflowing. No one at Bonavista will return your phone call the next day or the next week or even within that month. Good luck getting a phone call back they have fire extinguisher sitting on the ground outside, which is not only a fire hazard, but against the law. These are recent photos of the complex. The courtyard is filthy complete with mice and birds running about theres traffic, all hours of the night. The main gate doesn’t lock which allows for homeless and transient people that are staying up the street to wander onto the property steal packages and break into mailboxes and they do! there are no cameras, and again good luck in getting a hold of anyone to do anything! the stairways are sticky and so are the walkways as they have not been cleaned, for many years for the price that you pay to live there, you would think that Bonavista would care about It’s tenants and keeping the property up-to-date Bonavista and Westwood court are a poor excuse of a professional management company and West Wood Court is squalor"

"The place is nice enough however Trenton st is very loud all day and night. The electric heaters take up an entire wall of each room its not an issue in the bedroom but the living room is cramped because 3 of the 4 walls cannot have a couch placed against them (Kitchen bar, wall heater, window/fireplace). The driveway/parking has no room for a moving truck. The recycling and trash fill up and stay full for werks at a time."
