"This apartment is Poorly run! I lived there for 1.5 years and when my washer was broken I was given mixed messages and they shopped a washer from Chicago after 3 plus weeks of doing laundry at my fixed income fathers house! Plus plan on the owner keeping your deposit!! These people are penny pinchers and charge me for the kitchen sink and discoloration of the under part to the bathroom cabinet! I believe the owner spent a lot to ship the washer from Chicago so in return they kept my deposit! They took pictures of the molding and kitchen cabinet damage that was there when I moved in! Jim Addington cant be trusted!!!"
