"I took this apartment because it was all I could afford in the area. They know this and take advantage of their tenants. Ive never lived in an apartment that conducts random inspections of my apartment but they've inspected us several times in the year and a half that I've lived here. The staff is unresponsive or rude when they do respond. They cannot be bothered to even answer simple questions via email. Oh and the fees! They'll charge you a fee for every single little "mistake" you make. They don't give clear instructions on how to avoid these mistakes until AFTER they have charged you and will hear nothing about reversing charges. You really do get what you pay for."

"Nice kool clean friendly environment I've never heard of any criminal activity going on since I'm here everyone is just back and forth doing their own thing and that's great, kool place to live."

"I have been witness to what actually occurs at these apartments for 3 years. Please take any negative comments with a grain of salt. Miranda, the manager has shown my fiancee and our daughter true care and compassion at every hour of the day. She has plaques of excellence lining her office because of how she shows up every day prepared to make 700+ units and families feel like they matter. Meredith the assistant manager has also gone above and beyond with any concern or matter we've put forth with empathy and swiftness and for that, there is no rating high enough in my book."

"My cousin has lived here for three years and I have always came to visit and have really enjoyed the community pool during the summer months. I went to a couple of the resident Events that were so fun! The property is always clean when I come to visit And they have after hours patrol that is very attentive if you have to call. I came in to tour for myself yesterday since I am looking to move and office staff Angelica and Miranda were extremely helpful, thorough & took their time to answer all of my questions. I look forward to moving into the community!"
