Premiere on Pine

"Despite not leasing from us, I had the best apartment touring experience with their leasing agent Collin. We had an unique situation where we need two motorcycle parkings which is not something this building has, and we didn't want to pay for a full vehicle parking for it. However, Collin not only gave us a wonderful tour of the building, he spent hours reaching out to parking management to try to create a solution for us. He genuinely cared and wanted to figure out a way to make things work for us while he could have just say there is nothing he could do about it. Even though we ended up leasing elsewhere, but if we didn't have the motorcycles I would have stay at premiere on pine in a heartbeat."

"We lived here for 2 years when we were in Seattle. The unit is modern, had great views and a lot of sunlight (yes for Seattle standards). The building lobby was renovated and roof top is stunning. The building was under new management (Buzzoto) since 2021. They have been amazing, especially our fav Emma. The service requests are always responsive, fun events every month and the concierge was great. We'll miss the building as we moved out. Speaking of which, there were no shady move out charges either. Everything was fair and square."

"The management company is pretty good and the people who work at the leasing office and the concierge are very helpful and friendly. The sound insulation between apartments is excellent, the maintenance team is quick to respond, and the building is beautiful. Great gym, beautiful rooftop, free coffee at the leasing office, and 24 hour concierge. They’ll also have free food and drink at events throughout the month which is fun. Parking is expensive but I’ve had no other problems with it. With the package center now being in the building, I’ve had no problems with package deliveries. I’m happy management listened to residents and got rid of Fetch."
