"Not sure what the older reviews are talking about. They don’t charge for maintenance and were more fair on my deposit upon moving out than my last apartment. Units are small but nice. Good appliances. Good exhaust fans (this is something that you don’t appreciate until you don’t have them and everything you own gets covered in mold). Price typical with the rest of Seattle."
"Move in experience was great in June! Fast engagement and responsiveness by landlord. Property management was easy to coordinate with for viewing the apartment. All payments/lease are managed online with an easy to use portal. All the appliances work great (stack washer/dryer, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer, oven, garbage disposal). For those reading the poor reviews below, my experience has been really good. The price is worth it in my opinion as you are a few minutes from capital hill and downtown/stadiums."
"New ownership as of the end of February 2017. He seems to be working to improve the place at high cost to the residents. It is way over-priced for the Ikea finishings and extremely small space (especially if you have a pet). Also, he will try to charge residents that don't know better for basic maintenance that is the owners responsibility. If you choose to live here, meet and speak with your neighbors and learn the ins and outs of landlord tenant law."
"Don't live here unless you like the following 1) the convenience of having a crack/cocaine dealer on site and the related sketchiness 2) parking illegally and paying tickets cause there are 18 apts and no off street parking 3) HUGE turnover 4) ZERO onsite maintenance (bottles in bushes, dog poo all over, unkept in general) 5) garbage on the street cause disposal provisions are WAY insufficient 6) hiring a lawyer to read your lease (hopefully before you sign it) 7) having "security gates" that "visitors" routinely climb over or leave open for the next "customer" (see #1) Do not be fooled by the cheapo stainless appliances and useless stack W/D that hold maybe 2 pair of jeans. DO do yourself a favor and keep looking....wish I had. For the price walk a block to the bus stop and be part of a community where you don't feel like you have to deadbolt the door just to step outside. BTW this is a failed condo conversion and the owners are TOTALLY bitter that they have to rent them now."
