"You think i’m into making reviews??? The two representatives in the office are LAZY and unresponsive. They don’t listen to your requests, they tell you to reach out and they NEVER pick up. When I moved out they never did an inspection and are attempting to overcharge me for things I didn’t damage. I’m preparing to sue Elan41. Neighbors are 100% afraid of eye contact, you live on top of a sooty safeway, neighboring communities also are hissy fitty. Seattle is for trees and Elan41 COMPLETELY removes that aspect. They think having a luxury-like name defines status, wrong. If you enjoy over-priced suffocation, please move into my old space because I’m finally free. To this unfortunate point, I’ve never moved out of a place faster in my life. Peace."

"This is a nice building complex in a great area (you can walk everywhere). Main problems: if you don't don't like to live around huge dogs, this might not be the place for you. We moved here without dogs and 2 small children and my kids were always scare when the dogs were out as people here own big dogs (and multiple dogs per apartment). This is a building more oriented toward couples with dogs and without children. There is a lot of people here and not enough garbage containers, so it was always flooded with garbage, although it seemed to be getting better as we were about to move out. Other than that, I have no complains. The gym was great and nobody uses it so if you are a gym person you will have it all to yourself. We lived here for 2 years."

"DIRTY and DISHONEST. Run, do not walk away from this building. Dirty- check out the trash rooms in the summer. Flies, trash build up, and a smell of dog pee SO strong it could make you sick by the “dog park.” Don’t take my word for it, check out the dog park! Make sure you see it for yourself. Maintenance goes unanswered. Leasing office is at best completely incompetent and at worst complete liars. They have screwed over people’s deposits, lied about lease renewals, and have been overall shady. That’s if they’re actually in the office! Liz and Carl are some of the worst people I’ve had the misfortune of interacting with. I’ve lived at about a dozen buildings in forty years- this is THE WORST! I’ll continue to spread the word on all platforms"

"READ THE NEWEST REVIEWS!!! This place is awful. I moved into my unit, absolutely disgusting, with multiple issues needing fixed that still haven’t been since May. They supposedly have a company come out and clean units beforehand? Don’t expect that to be accurate. Jada and Preston in the office will respond to your issues with hostility. Your work orders will not get done because the one maintenance man in too busy renovating new units. The trash room does not get properly taken care of. AND FOR PARKING! Good luck. They haven’t fixed the garage door since 8/20/22. My boyfriends car had been broken into, multiple others had their windows smashed. Why am I playing $300 for 2 “SECURE” parking spots when randos can park right next to me for free? Also to the last person who commented about having black mold… you have it and they just don’t wanna do anything to fix it. I brought up this issue in May about getting my cabinets redone due to the excessive water damage from the previous tenant, it’s October and we’re still “waiting on our cabinet piece to be done”. They do not care about you and will treat YOU like the problem. I know so many people say “apartment complex’s are out to get you”, this one really is."

"I have lived here for over 1 year. The facility management is extremely poor. Trash is everywhere and they make it seem like it’s the residents fault. Work orders take forever to complete. The parking garage door that we pay over $100 a month for has been broken for weeks. THEY HAVE LEFT IT WIDE OPEN AND ANYONE CAN GET IN. This caused our car to be vandalized and damaged due to the lack of security (image uploaded is of our car that was siphoned for gas. We have filed a police report, I hope others do the same as it will prove that it is Elan 41’s gross negligence causing damage. Elan 41 is too expensive at over $2,600 a month to have the entire facility compromised and crime ridden. This is unacceptable and I suggest you look elsewhere for a better apartment."
