"Updated to add: The response to maintenance requests is very prompt and the people who do the maintenance are skilled, friendly, and communicative. I really appreciate the time and dedication of the technicians to solving to issues that came up for us. Solid apartments, really nice area, and very responsive management. The apartment itself isn't anything special, but it's very spacious and gets a lot of light. Our apartment stays pretty cool in the summer even without A/C. The one thing to be aware of is that these are pet-friendly apartments, and even though our place had been cleaned out before we moved in, there was definite evidence of a dog having lived there - some hair and dog food wedged in between cracks and such - so probably not a good fit if you're allergic. There's some level of noise from the surrounding apartments, especially at night, but you can't hear any of the beach traffic/partiers even though it's only 2 blocks away."
