"A nightmare of apartments to live and deal with. I don’t know how my family and I managed to survive a year living at such an unorganized, filthy apartment complex, but I’m glad we left. To start off, we had to wait almost 5 months after we had initially applied in order to get the okay to move in. When signing the lease, the leasing agent sold us a dream that we never got to live. We were promised security, maintenance, and cleanliness but we have unfortunately encountered none of these things. Every single door to the building is fob-controlled, yet broken, making it easy for people that don’t live there to just walk in. The building’s hot water had a maintenance issue that did not get resolved for 3 months. We had to live without running hot water FOR 3 MONTHS. Absolutely unethical. Cars get towed without warning. Homeless/strange people walk into the apartment complex and wander around at night and break into cars in the parking lot. There’s no one to report the incident too, we were told the blue line security, we called but the line was invalid yet they have the time to come and tow cars and not provide us 24/7 surveillance and security. Maintenance requests take weeks to get taken care of. Management always gives you the run-around when confronted about such issues. The building is littered with trash & nasty carpet smells. Not to mention, some of the tenants living here are extremely rude and have no proper etiquette. Trying to find a Red-zone parking spot takes hours, and some tenants hold spots for their other vehicles as if it’s not first come first serve. So please please please, if you’re thinking about living here, think again."
"Worst experianse I’ve ever had. They have provided me with faulty key fob so I can’t enter my building, moreover they don’t care! More than a month past and still nothing. Emailed them, asked for support personally - they just don’t care. Buildings are dirty and smell of weed everywhere. Entrance to the building has alarm beeping 24/7 (its broken and they are fixing it - they said, but they aren’t, its just broken) and smell of dangerous natural gas (ventilation has issues, we’re fixing that - they said and continued doing nothing). If you report any issue via email they won’t even respond you!! If I could go back in time I’d never live here again."
"I won't lie - you don't want to live here. Yes, the apartments are nice inside, but the place is constantly littered with trash, no maintenance in sight, one single garbage area for all the people living here, cars constantly double park anywhere, anytime. Management can be very difficult to get hold of, especially on the weekends (including maintenance), one, tiny outdoor pool with one, tiny outdoor hot tub that is never covered and always has a closed sign year-round, but worst of all is the location. It is RIDDLED with crime. Car theft and broken windows almost daily - on property as well as the surroundings, strange people who don't live there prowling day and night, broken glass from car windows stays forever - even right by a main entrance to one of the buildings. Not to mention the door to the building I was visiting was ALWAYS open, even though it should be accessible only to tenants. Anyone could just walk in the building freely and no one would know. My honest advice: stay away from this property. It's simply not safe, and not worth the expensive price to live here (1 bedroom almost $1400/month)!"
"Always crowded and dirty. The dog park is filled with dog poop and no one bothers to pick. You will see broken glass bottles in the road."
