"First off it is now called green leaf apartments. This place keeps getting worse. Cars and apartments get broken into all of the time. They have towed my car without notice for no reason. I was parked in the general parking area with good tabs. The pipes burst in my apartment and it took them 8 hours to answer their emergency phoneline to turn the water off. There are a pack of kids that run around unsupervised and have tried to enter my house uninvited before. Rent is crazy expensive, then you have to pay water, sewer, garbage, electricity and if you want a parking spot registered to you because there is so few parking spaces that's more and someone will just park in your spot anyways. Then they charge a non refundable pet deposit AND pet rent. The pool is dirty and only open 2 months a year. The people who work here are rude and don't care. They still haven't fixed the water damage and it has been six months. They always tell me next week they'll get to us. People are loud and rude here and the walls are paper thin. The cops get called here often and drunk people are loud outside every night of the week. This place is an expensive dump and it keeps getting worse. It is not safe here for anyone."
