"I resided in this place for a duration of 14 months and thoroughly enjoyed my time. It's a recently constructed complex with numerous amenities and events, although it comes with a slightly higher cost. However, it's advisable to inquire about any ongoing specials, as they tend to be quite generous. One of its notable advantages is the presence of Amazon Fresh within the building."

"At first I was pretty annoyed living here due to the fire alarm situation, but honestly this is a great area, and the apartments are nice and I've never had any problems with the management. They're fantastic. If you know how rare that is, especially in a big corporate managed building like this, you know how huge that is. I loved my apartment the last 3 years here."

"Jackson Apartment has been my home for about 2 years and plan to stay a while. Great views of Mount Rainier, Olympics with the sound, and stadiums from most common spaces even if you do not have a unit that has any of these views. Good facilities including a well-equipped gym, lounge spaces, and a hang out room with pool table and other table games. Fantastic location to Amazon Fresh. Great nearby restaurants. No longer using Fetch! Very happy we now have a parcel room. Occasionally, there have been issues with the lockers or carriers not using lockers, but overall better than Fetch. Many of the negative reviews seem to focus on things that are caused by people that are kind of out of control of management. I do agree parking fees seem a little high considering it usually seems empty, but I do appreciate not having to deal with street parking or being exposed to car incidents. The elevator to the pet roof in my building seems to be out a lot. Otherwise, any time I have taken an issue or question to the leasing office, management has been helpful and friendly. They have all made me feel welcome and comfortable. The staff also usually hosts an event each month. Sometimes they are charity drives and sometimes they’re events with free food or activities. Went to one with free ice cream for myself and my dog!"
