"This apartment is not great. My current issue is the REPEATED fire alarms going off and they are LOUD. At least 3x per week and it takes awhile for the fire department to get here to turn them off. My poor cats ears! The staff and maintenance people are very nice though. The renovations looked nice but really the buildings are just old, causing the renovations to not last very well. Too pricey for the quality!"

"I would not recommend this apartment. Despite being advertised as renovated, it is clear that the apartment is old and poorly maintained. Many outlets don't work, which is not only inconvenient, but also poses safety concerns. It is disappointing to see false claims being made about the condition of the apartment. It feels like a blatant misrepresentation just to attract tenants. It is essential for landlords and property managers to be transparent and honest about the state of their properties. I suggest looking elsewhere for a more reliable and well-maintained living space."

"Lies on their floor plans about having in apartment individual washer and dryer. The whole building only has 2 washers & dryers that you have to pay for. They don't want to fix anything in the apartments when you submit a maintenance request. They don't have fireplaces when the floor plans say they do. They also charge a pet deposit and a monthly fee that they don't tell you about in the contract. There is black mold in almost every corner that they never cleaned for their "newly renovated" apartment. Was never given a walk through of the apartment. Just given the keys and said this is your apartment number. Cabinets are falling apart. Drawers were never put on tracks to properly close. The cheapest refrigerator you can find. Horrible caulking around the bathroom. Floor is dipping because there's not insulation for it."

"My fiancé and I lived here for a year. While the apartment was nice enough, and the neighbors were great, we saw cars that had been broken into one more than one occasion and the management said it's "not their responsibility." Pros: dog park, lots of green space, cozy apartments, library and mall nearby. Cons: dangerous at night, highway and light rail make it loud at all times, neighborhood (specifically the gas station near the library) was full of folks who were violent/high/dangerous and accosted us on more than 3 occassions."
