"Lived here for 2 years of my undergrad. The original staff were a bit rude but the new management was amazing! Jesse and the other girl (im sorry i forgot ur name) were very helpful. This place is super safe, easy access to the bus since its across the street, and cheaper in comparison to the M, Theory, or the Oliv. They are also super considerate and lenient on leasing times which is what made me choose this property in the first place. Would definitely live here again and this property made my first apartment experience amazing! Only thing to add is that it is farther from the ave so if you are looking for convenience, the grocery stores are (were) farther. They just opened up a safeway 2 blocks away :-)"
"Stay in Ori for one year for my master. If Ori fits your budget, I would definitely recommend it. Safe, clean, office ppl were nice, easy access to public transportation."
"Can't speak enough of how smooth the renting process went when I signed with this apartment. Professional, nice, and welcome. Definitely worth the money, even though it's a bit on the expensive side. Not to mention the unit was fully furnished, clean design and space, even with a free welcome package that comes with free towel and bed linings."
"Terrible professionalism. After an expensive damage deposit that I was assured I would see again at the sign of the 4 month lease, I never saw it. The room was new, but had remnants of body hair through the closet and in the drain. They will take your damage deposit whether you like it or not so keep that in mind when choosing a place to live. Also terrible policy with dogs barking. Very pet friendly but 4-5am barks are in no ones ideal home policy"
