"Junior has been amazing in fixing any maintenance issues. From time to time had raised work requests such as leaking faucet, problem with cupboard door, lighting, etc. and Junior has been amazing in fixing all these immediately."
"I initially rented a unit here with Blueground and when I realized I needed to extend my stay for a prolonged period, compared nearby units and ultimately did not hesitate to rent here. Location is great, safe but staff is what solidified my decision. Shaun and Josh, leasing agents are very knowledgeable, approachable and always eager to help in whatever capacity they can. I know I can come to the office and find both with a smile on his face. Highly recommend!!"
"Please read all the reviews about move out charges before considering moving here. Move out charges are crazy high. (More than $1K for a small 500sqft unit that I left in perfect conditions), so forget about getting your security deposit back. They even charged me for carpet cleaning even though there wasn’t any carpet in my unit. I reached out to Radius management to adjust the charges and they told me there was nothing they could do and that I should reach out to Greystar. It took 3 weeks of me calling and emailing Greystar every single day to get a hold of them since they never respond to emails or calls. When I was finally able to talk to them, they told me that Radius was supposed to remove the charges all along, so it took another three weeks for them to “verify” that I didn’t have carpet in my unit. They are really just trying to rip people off. The place isn’t even that great, you could get something better in the area for the same price. I would not recommend living there."
"The reason I provided 1 star is because when I moved out my bill for the last month was wrong and I had to talk 4 times with the concierges to get it "fixed". They later managed to fix the issue I was complaining about at the time but then another problem came a few weeks later when I got the move out statement. They wanted to charge me again for the utilities I already paid for the previous 3 months (~$600) and they claim I owe them money when in fact they need to return me a part of the deposit I made initially. I've been trying to contact Greystar for 2 weeks now with no answer. I am willing to change my review when I get this issue resolved. --- Review --- I lived in Radius apartments 2 years. It is a nice community in a very good location, it was calm and quiet. Maintenance requests were usually resolved quickly. In general I enjoyed living there and I moved because I needed a bigger place and I found something cheaper close by. I would recommend living here as in general it was a good experience. But here are some of the issues I had during my stay here: - Parking is expensive and the parking lot spaces are tiny, if you get two cars parked next to your car it is really hard to open the doors. - I felt like the hallways were not cleaned often and sometimes they would be dirty for days/weeks. - The gym was constantly missing cleaning supplies for days. - The gym A/C broke and they never fixed it. During the summer it used to get super hot. - When they were fixing the grills it took them months and I lost a good chunk of the summer without being able to make a grill. And they ended up putting the same old grills (Which I believe one didn't work or at least I couldn't turn it on). - They changed the gym equipment after the first year I lived there which I felt like a downgrade and also removed treadmills and ellipticals to put a mirror that no one uses."
"Move-out costs are unreasonable. I had the apartment cleaned and they still charged me "cleaning fees". They do not answer emails when I ask for proof. I see similar feedback on move-out costs, be careful when dealing with Radius, they do not seem honest."
