"Nantucket is an ok older apartment. The rent is a bit high and for some reason keeps going up. The location is also decent with multiple grocery stores nearby and quick access to i5, 405, and 99. The apartments are dated and doesn't feel like the size it's listed at but that may be the layout of the apartment isn't great. I still don't believe it's the size it says. Guess I was supposed to have a storage unit that I didn't get until my second year in the unit and didn't receive a discount or anything. Most the other issues are just what you would expect with an old building such as there being no ac, the walls are not that great at soundproofing so you hear your neighbors walking and being next to the highway and a club you hear that at night especially on the weekend, old plumbing and deteriorating tubs. They are good about fixing things in a timely manner. Lately there has been issues with cars being broken into. Instead of putting up cameras like the signs that have been on the property for years claims we have they took down the signs. There are also some stupid rule such as having to pull nose into parking instead of letting you back in which would be safer for exiting instead of backing out with blind corners and kids running around."

Looking for an apartment for my busy son and She answered all my questions over several phone conversations and continued to communicate with me through texting. She was friendly, w/ a great personality. If everyone that works at Nantucket Garden Apartments is as friendly as she is, I know my son will be happy living in this community."

"i don’t like the new management at all they are making everything hard for us, they make the trash can unaccessible. i think they are just trying to make everything hard for us so we can just give up and leave. how can you increase rent with giving anyone notice. i like the old management way better. at least they were considerate of people."
