"I've lived in the Harrison Apartments for a year now and find it to be a comfortable, quite & safe place to live. Tracy the office lady has been great not only with working to get me in but also in making me feel welcomed. She always has a smile and wave even after a year of being here. Thank you Tracy."

"I lived in 3 different apartments at different times between 2008-2012. I don’t remember the managers name during those years. But at the time the price was good. Location was good and she helped me get into a nice apartment each time. If I’m ever in the PNW Lakewood area I will look to live here again. Thanks for the great experiences."

"This is an old review bare with me. A tree used to be in the middle of the apartment complex. IT FELL ON MY CAR. The tree roots had nowhere to go covered parking lot material. This was a BIG tree. It crushed my car... The apartment had " zero liability" " act of god" The manager had the audacity to threaten me to tow it.. which I eventually had to. So I lost a car and had to have it towed. I wonder if that tree fell on somebody's kid it would still be considered an act of God"

"I have lived at this complex for over 2 years now. The bedrooms are bigger then other complexes I had looked at. The complex itself is quiet and I have always felt safe here. I like that there is assigned parking and they have in unit washer/dryer. I had some maintenance issues. They did not fix my kitchen cabinet since I have lived here. The oven keeps rusting, and the bathroom has poor ventilation Also, no one is ever in the office.The rent went up by $50 last year and this year, it is going up by $240. That is not worth it. I will be moving out."

"Been here for a few months and it's pretty good so far. I had a minor issue with an appliance and I contacted the manager Teresa and she immediately got it fixed the same day. She's really nice and very professional. Everyone seems to mind their own business so the neighborhood is pretty quiet for the most part. Overall, these are great apartments to live in."
