"Unscheduled once a week for several hours a leaf blower will go over all the grounds no matter the weather. The grating noise will reverberate the windows of the apartments while the user wears ear protection. God forbid its summer and you want your windows open. If you work from home this will inevitably interrupt your work day and cannot be blocked out by ear plugs of your own. I know this as a night time ear plug wearer having been woken up regularly by this. Switching to an electric would cut down the noise pollution immensely if it must be done at all."

"I feel that the rental criteria should be more defined. I was turned down because of my low credit score. Everything else checked out. I even have Section 8. Had I known in advance, I would have never applied."

"We have been tenants at Willow Court from 2010 -2017 and now again from 2020 - 2021. We enjoyed living here, the apartments are very spacious - the most spacious you’ll find in the area for the price. The bus stop to downtown is right outside, as well as the stop to come back, which is very convenient. It’s very close to Westwood Village for all your shopping needs and Alki Beach and Lincoln Park are short bus rides away. We felt safe here, the residents are friendly, maintenance requests are completed timely and professionally, and management has always been helpful and considerate."

"shop the surrounding communities and I guarantee you’ll never be able to find a community quite like this one. I fell in love with Willow Court during my two years there. My neighbors were all amazing, management rocked and maintenance deserves a standing ovation. The community is located off Delridge Way and the bus conveniently stops RIGHT in front of the community. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Work orders were finished the same day and Joey goes above and beyond his job description. He even helped me move a 8ft couch up three flights of stairs on his own time once ( but there are elevators onsite to make moving things up the stairs a whole lot easier!) The owner is very kind, the staff and ownership truly have integrity. Shout out to Maceo for making it all happen flawlessly. If you’re questioning your decision to move in here, don’t. Just do it!"
