"DO NOT LIVE HERE. IF YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH SLUMLOARDS AND COCKROACHES POURING FROM THE WALLS. If I could give zero stars I would. This place is absolutely filthy and I just helped my best friends move from here. The situation they were in there broke my heart to pieces. No one and I mean absolutely no one should live in these conditions. The health department needs to get involved and this place needs to be condemned and burned to the ground. I have plenty of pictures and video they lost everything in the move."

"Apartments are very, very old. I believe they only have one- and two-bedrooms, the space for the washer and dryer is so small, so you only can fit these older models and small wash/dryer combos, that stock at each other. But not every unit has that place for w/d machines, so laundry is one for all, and you have to pay there by quarters. Cabinets, carpets, bathtub everything' really old and to make looks newer. I guess, they didn't come up with anything better but painted bathtubs with a hand brush , same with kitchen cabinets. Manager is not on a property or anywhere close by, he/she is in Kent. All payments/complaints/orders you have to do online. Parking lot is very limited, one for one unit, so visitors parking is always full and taken by renters. Towing is taking cars parked by fire line every weekend, starting from friday. Oh, and a lot, a lot of cockroaches and ants they don't really care to get rid off."

"worse property to rent from in the Lakewood area . for one the mold infestation is insane and to address the problem they sprayed the mold my girl friend was in the hospital multiple times due to this issue and my lungs themself are scarred from it as well . that's the the worse though there is a very very very rude woman by the name of Juanita who will do whatever to make you feel uncomfortable consistently harassing for rent days before its due or when its already been processed she wants to make herself feel like she is the owner . they also have the maintenance man on property but for what as useless as he was never fixing anything . along with that we had 2 cats property poisoned leaving out cans of tuna with harmful contents for the animals . do yourself a favor don't ever rent here especially with the meth labs and crack heads all over the property ."

"This place is not worth the rent the charge. They also do not enforce the dog leash rule or rule with the owners picking up after themselves. They claim they walk around doing grounds inspection but I highly doubt it. They sit behind their desk all day and ignore emails . This Area is not a safe place for kids. The neighbors play their music and the management does nothing about it. The windows do not keep the air in or out during the seasons. There is always trash everywhere and people park where they please regardless of if it's a visitor parking spot or not. Parties every weekend. Kids throwing rocks at the cars. There is never a quite day here . Don't move here. The manger only care about your money not about your well being . Go else where . We'd like to move ourselves but with cola it's hard."

"They attempted to create two different web pages for the same website to double up on their ratings. I have sense then had their 2nd page taken down due to it going against Google guidelines. This company is very dishonest and I would highly recommend to anybody thinking of renting from them, to reconsider.
